I was cleaning up the contact-nl mailing list after the migration to Mailman 3 and tried to unsubscribe some one from our list, but with the wrong settings.
By restoring the original settings (this was my bad, I misread what the setting would do) the email address is now unsubscribed, but for some reason I cannot retract the confirmation that he had to do initially and mailman keeps sending out a reminder about the 'held unsubscription'.
I don't see anything in our messages and can't find how to recall the confirmation that was initially asked when unsubscribing the email address.
