I would like to move [[Strategy/Wikimedia movement/2018-20/Transition/List of Initiatives]] (link on Meta: https://w.wiki/hJX), which has over 500 sub-pages, to [[Movement Strategy/Initiatives]]. I'm unable to do the move myself, and user:Pols12 has recommended that I open a ticket here with these tags to seek help. If there's different place or a page on-wiki where this is more appropriate, please let me know.

Per Special:ListGroupRights, only Wikimedia Meta's sysop has move-subpages rights. You don't have this permission. So I think you should request to Wikimedia Meta's sysop first at here.

I tried to do the move via the UI, and this is what I see:

Not sure which maintenance script this refers to. I tried moveBatch (with a single page), and it only moved the parent, not the rest, which doesn't sound like what we want.

You're being mistaken :). This is a translatable page, which behaves differently. Moving is reserved to translation admins, and Abbad is one of them. As you can see in my above comment, even I am not allowed to move it (as it is above the hard limit of 500 pages to move at once).

Because of T41023 can you ensure there is no talk page which have been left alone? I don’t know whether the script is also affected by this issue.
