While in the legacy vector skin there is a button Languages Add Links for pages without a link in wikidata there is no such button for pages noy yet linked in wikidata if you use the new vector skin.

The consequence is that it is much more tricky to create the corresponding item in wikidata redpectively to link with a corresponding page in anoether wikimedia project (respectively anouther language version of wikipedia)
