Getting feedback from them through a survey or replies to understand their challenges with the tool; to have helpful information on improving it for a better user experience.
With the help of the Community Relation Specialist, the language team will:

- Decide the channels to reach the top users
- Develop a survey
- Decide the timing and duration to collect feedbacks.
- Send the message requesting for feedback through survey and other means
- Collect feedback
