Description

This is on iPadOS 14.5 using Safari or Firefox:

Go to an arbitrary Wikipedia article and make sure that you are in Desktop mode (check the very bottom line of the article). Scroll to an arbitrary section, and tap on the Edit link next to the section header. The Visual Editor is started, but the focus is on the start of the article, not on the section you intended to edit.
