Description

The donor in Zendesk 946980 got an error when donating via dLocal from Mexico. The error screen they saw pointed them to a deprecated contact email address for Donor Relations, problemsdonating@wikimedia.org. I am not sure who can update that screen, but if we could swap that out in favor of donate@wikimedia.org that would enable us to help them more easily, and not require us to scan the old delegated Gmail account for stragglers.

Here's what the donor saw:

Please let me know if I can add any more info to document their flow. Also, if problemsdonating@ is still used on any other language error pages, it would be great to update those to donate@ as well.

@Pcoombe when we catch a failure in DonationInterface we generally render an error page using the updated contact info, but when errors aren't handled so gracefully people sometimes get redirected to this Donate-error page. We could maybe try to nail that down better so it always uses the rendered form.
