MonoBook-style boxes everywhere aren't compatible with skin visual styles. Applies to both legacy feature as well as specific component features

Others are far more mild (all boxes are overridden by WoOgLeShades, but font-sizes and paddings are messed up), others are just fine with them and actually improved (this is good for BlueSky where it does apply, but it barely applies anywhere to begin with because BlueSky is weird).

Splash and Timeless have resolved this by packaging a fork of the pre-features 1.34 shared.css instead of using most any features, which is likely the simplest way to resolve this for now for all of these...
