Description

I was about to post a DS alert message to a user. The abuse filter notice does not mention the name of the page. Rather it mentions this weird string of text. This appears to be a bug with the DiscussionTool's new section feature when handling abuse filter messages that use {{PAGENAME}} and the like.

This happened on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Kendrick7.
