Special:Deletedcontributions always shows "(newest | oldest)" navigation
Open, Needs TriagePublicBUG REPORT

Description

Steps to reproduce: Open Special:Deletedcontributions for a user with less deleted edits than the limit for the contributions pages, for example, https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:DeletedContributions?target=Q-bit+array.

Expected behaviour: The edits are listed, no navigation buttons are shown, as is the case for Special:Contributions, Special:Logs and similar..

Actual behaviour: The whole "(newest | oldest) View (newer 250 | older 250) (20 | 50 | 100 | 250 | 500)" line is shown at the bottom and top, even though this does not serve any purpose.
