Description

The page https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Tags gives instruction on editing tags through a history page. No matter which wiki I am on with any applied rights I getting **Internal error ... Fatal exception of type "Error" with differing code prior to the fatal exception. Noting that the code given changes per attempt. The

I have ruled out that

holding local rights or not holding rights (checked wikis)
solely due to global rights (checked someone with no global rights)
sister wikiness (checked 5 sisters)
language of wiki (tried en, es, commons, meta, chr, fr, hu)
relates to old tags only
relates to wikis that had not defined tags

Noting some wikis are not showing tags in histories (presumably not locally defined)
