I've seen T263139 work well in some articles but this one doesn't seem correct:

. Our algorithm detects appendix section titles (Notes, References etc) in target language and this is why it doesn't work well in this case. References section should be also translated in Bengali and I do not think that this is a case we should support. Leaving it for @Pginer-WMF to decide.
Makes sense. The algorithm is intended to identify the "references" section when written in Bengali (the target language), not in other languages like English as in the example. Making this algorithm to consider multiple languages could lead to false positives (e.g., content section misplaced because it happens to be the same word another unrelated language uses for references). So I'm inclined to decline the request in this case.
So marking it as invalid.
