ns:2: from "Aжыглакчы" to "Ажыглакчы" (using Cyrillic "А" instead Latin "A").
ns:3: from "Aжыглакчы чугаа" to "Ажыглакчы чугаа" (using Cyrillic "А" instead Latin "A").
Old names may be kept as aliases for keeping links to the userpages.

I think this needs to happen over rMW languages/messages/MessagesTyv.php so all MediaWiki wikis running out there benefit from the fix.

As far as I can see the above patch was included in MW-1.37-notes (1.37.0-wmf.9; 2021-06-07) and is scheduled to land on tvywiki on Thursday, June 10, 2021.
You can ask. :-) I have no idea. Several bots seemed to miss a few patches merged over the weekend. Might have been a blip in Phab.
