See T261954 for the Freenode counterpart. Everything is moving to Libera now, so we'll need the libera channel to be bridged with telegram.

:facepalm: This comment should have been applied to T261954: [Bridgebot] please bridge #wikipedia-it-sysop with the telegram channel for itwiki sysops rather than this task that was specifically about the libera.chat migration.
