They should all have Wikidata items made during the Library Data project. Add basic info (inception etc) and also link to Wikisource index page.

I looked through some of the query hits and neither Commons file nor Wikidata file had edits during 2021. This was therefore likely something which was planned and prepared but where there wasn't enough time to executed during the WMSE-Tools-for-Partnerships-2020 project. It might still be relevant for the WMSE-Content-partnerships-support-2021-Strategic-data-uploads so leaving it there until after the planning process.
