I created test_gsc_all and test_gsc_rich as part of T172581. The work to productionize it (T246694) has been abandoned, and the corresponding prototype/proof-of-concept datasets should be decommissioned – especially because of data quality issues identified in T234340 and T234807#6152550

when I try to delete it myself I get "There was an issue deleting test_gsc_all: Forbidden"

These datasets were recently used for insights and they really shouldn't even exist anymore.
