lists2001.wikimedia.org doesn't have mailman3 at all, this is going to cause issues in the switchover.

I was wrong, lists2001 doesn't work. standby host is leftover from the past upgrades.

I think we can close this, since the puppet module now installs mailman3 on lists2001 (albeit disabled), unless I'm missing something
