Description

New deployer checklist

  • I will attend a deployment training session using email: egardner@wikimedia.org
  • I will attend a deployment training session in the US timezone
  • I will attend a deployment training session on Thursday, May 27
  • I have read and be comfortable with the Backport team member's roles, responsibilities and tips
  • I have NDA access/I am a WMF/WMDE staff member or contractor

I've just finished the steps for getting deployment credentials (T282061), and now I'm hoping to perform a simple config deploy at the next US deployment training window. I've already updated the calendar on Wikitech here. Let me know if there's anything else I should do prior to Thursday beyond fixing the merge conflicts in the config patch!
