@MusikAnimal tried to run his bot and hit Libera Chat's IP connection limit: Too many user connections (global)

I asked a staffer for an iline for 185.15.56.0/24 (per @Majavah), it's in their queue now.

Limit has been raised. Future requests should be sent to support at libera.chat if we need to raise it again or have more IPs, etc.
