The results here https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T272710#7119669 suggest that we get more predictably accurate search results for image-recommendations when we don't use a rescore query

This ticket is to allow the rescore profile to be set from the url during a search. It should basically just be a url param check (maybe rescoreProfileName?) in WikibaseMediaInfoHooks.php in onCirrusSearchProfileService()

When that's done we can let the Platform team know, and get them to set the rescore profile to 'empty' when they're querying mediasearch
