Impact
Happening on several Growth wikis, once every few hours or so.
Configuration from MediaWiki:GrowthExperimentsConfig.json is ignored, using PHP configuration instead. At this point the two are the same so no real impact (the logs are to the GrowthExperiments channel, so no operations logspam either). Once the on-wiki configuration is customized by the community, this might make it less reliable.
At least in the case of cswiki, where this error is the most frequent, the configuration title definitely exists, so this points at some logic error in the code which might have a bigger impact in other circumstances.
