Description

As a WCQS user I would like to have blank nodes skolemized (T244341) so that I can test if my queries/tools/processes are affected by this change.

As suggested in T266470#7122945 it might make sense to activate this breaking change on WCQS prior rolling it out more broadly to WDQS.

Activating the change might be pretty trivial:

change wcqs-data-reload.sh to pass --skolemize to the munger
add -DwikibaseSomeValueMode=skolem to profile::query_service::blazegraph_extra_jvm_opts for the wcqs machine in puppet and restart blazegraph right after the reload
