Let's take the element of the speaker "KlaudiuMihaila" as an example. In the history, we can see that on May 24 I manually added a description and a label in French for this element, and User:KlaudiuMihaila manually added a label and a description in Romanian. As soon as he recorded words (it correlates with the user's contributions on Commons), the element labels and descriptions in French and Romanian were reset, and only English (already here by default) remains (see diff here)
We can see that KlaudiuMihaila added again description and label in Romanian for his "speaker" element, on May 30 in the morning, and that the element labels and descriptions got reset again on May 30 in the evening. What is strange is that he did not upload files to commons on May 30 in the evening (not even on May 31 at 0AM or something like this...). Maybe he started the record wizard, which resetted the element, but then he did not record/publish audios.
