Add content model change to Admin Stats

Description

The editcontentmodel is only assigned to administrators on all wikis I know, so it would make sense to add the Content model change log (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?type=contentmodel) to the Admin Stats as well.

Template editors can change the content model on English Wikipedia, but I would still consider this an admin-like action and it makes sense to add it to Admin Stats.
