I need more information in terms of platform (i assume mobile web), product etc.
The basic legal guidance is :
Wikipedia content should be dual licensed under the GFDL.
Exceptions: English Wikinews does not need GFDL because they have a specific exemption (to use CC BY 2.5), and Wikidata does not because they were started after 2009.
