Request:
Could we please have Herald rule H260 updated to include our upcoming CommTech sprint milestones 5334, 5369, and 5383?

Background of the problem:
Every time we create a new sprint board on CommTech, we have to update the Herald rule. Otherwise whenever you try to move a task with one of our project tags on it (like Wikimedia OCR) from the Community Tech board (1274) to the Sprint board, Herald moves it back to the CommTech board. I.e. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T284654#7147552.

Noted that these requests would not be needed with the implementation of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T144041.
