Hi Dallas, Sorry to bug the day you closed this out, but I tried to tunnel in to fran1001 today and got this error:

ssh: connect to host fran1001 port 22: Connection refused

I have the command from Erin and can add it here; not sure if there is any privacy issue but let me know. Thanks!

@RMurthy Thanks, I have checked the hosts and everything appears to be correct. Perhaps we can meet up on irc or a meet to see what the issue is.

The ssh config file was missing a host block for fran* as that isn't in the default config we push out. Added that in and connections work as expected.
