IPSJ (T258272) have whitelisted our IP so we would like to test that's working correctly.
We haven't yet signed an MOU or agreed to give access to users yet, however, so this should ideally happen on the Staging tool in a way that users won't be able to access.
What's the best way to do this? I'm guessing something like having IPSJ set up as an application-based partner on Staging?
Looking through the content, a lot of this is open access on jstage, which probably doesn't make sense to proxy.

Looks like it should be the latter URL that we're sending people to, in this case.
I've added IPSJ to Staging as number 108.
