Content Translation integrated Elia (T255231) as a new MT service. However, the current configuration is only enabled for a limited number of languages (Basque and Spanish).
This ticket proposes to update the configuration to enable the 6 languages Elia supports (all combinations allowed): basque, spanish, french, english, catalan and galician.
In addition, the user-visible name for the service should be adjusted to be "Elia.eus", resulting the "Use Elia.eus" option on the initial translation card menu.
Considerations:
- The current default services should not be altered. That is, if a community is used to service X they should remain seeing such service as default as part of this change (we can change their preferred system later based on their input, but that should not happen by surprise).
- Similarly, for wikis where MT is not enabled, they should not get it as part of this change.
- Please verify the status of MT in the affected wikis after the change is deployed to confirm the above.
