Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do):

Some constraints violations are mainly interesting for review on an aggregated basis, e.g. as presented on Krbot's constraint reports. They may not be useful for viewing on individual items.

The feature would allow to add a qualifier to such constraint statements. A current way to do that is to set constraints to deprecated rank.
