User Story

As an API producer,

I want to know the steps from API ideation, creation to deprecation

So that I can autonomously manage my service through it's lifecycle

Success Criteria

A non-API platform engineer is able to prototype an API from ideation to deprecation using the API lifecycle documentation
Lifecycle has been published to the API Portal
