Note that these are all outdated versions. Cannot reproduce in Chrome 91. Please check your browser's developer tools' console, and please follow https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Locating_broken_scripts to try with safemode.

It seems to be working on my browser now. This may be caused by a conflict between JS and button rendering.

Please check things in other browsers before reporting anything here, and please always include browser information. Thanks.
