(not adding this to the description myself since I'm not a part of the summit and don't want to step on toes) for GlobalWatchlist T259216: Migrate Special:GlobalWatchlist to Vue is the overall goal to switch to using Vue. We have a Vue version that is functional but still in development, and then it'll be available as an option instead of the OOUI display, and then eventually it'll be the only option. We use WVUI a bunch already, and hoping to more once some other components are added (I've sent patches for T287135: Add ToggleButton component to WVUI and T286685: Add a progress bar component to WVUI that are awaiting review). Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

@DannyS712 thanks for posting this, and for your patches—we've seen them and intend to review them as soon as we can. My apologies for the delay. We have been wrapped up in planning the summit, but we're hopeful that the summit will unblock a lot of our work and enable us to return our focus on developing the component library (including reviewing contributions in a more timely manner!)

Right now we're working on T286946, which has a subtask for each of the key decisions we want to make during the summit. We would welcome your feedback on those tasks if you have any—feel free to comment on them. I'll note that we're still finalizing the task descriptions so you might seem some changes over the next few days.
