Scroll jumps unexpectedly after adding a paragraph to translate

Description

When translating Nasothek from English to Greek with Content Translation, adding the first text paragraph (the one right below the infobox) to the translation results in an unexpeced scrolling change. The viewport moves to the top, while it was expected not to change.

I've noticed that some in-line templates get adapted in the process so it may or may not be related to this. The video below illustrates the issue:
