SPARQL: add DDF SPARQL endpoint to LinguaLibre

Description

In order to expand the ressources of LinguaLibre, I suggest to add the DDF sparql endpoint ( https://www.dictionnairedesfrancophones.org/sparql ) in the External Tools ( https://github.com/lingua-libre/RecordWizard/blob/master/modules/generator/rw.generator.ExternalTools.js ) in the RecordWizard.

Because it concerns only the French language, would it be possible to develop a generator gadget instead so that it can be enable only by French contributors?

@Noe, @WikiLucas00 where can wwe find some documentation about the DDF SPARQL? For example, what are the prefixes and so on? In short, how to write a DDF query?
