Provide a path from Special:Search results to Special:MediaSearch

Description

For users who have "Show search results in the Special:Search interface" selected in their preferences, search results should have a "search in Special:MediaSearch" option.

The link it includes should be pre-populated with the search string from the user's search, for example:

https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?search=foo
