Both T286918: Improved Authentification Token page and T285250: View Import status of an uploaded mismatch file rely on a basic layout for the Store views (see screenshots in related tasks). This layout includes a header with the main title "Mismatch Store" and a logged-in user indicator (or login link for guests), as well as a navigation bar which highlight the current active page.

AC:

• A blade layout is available for use in the templates for the authorization and import status pages.
