The issue is reproducible in a browser emulator. It's been confirmed on real devices - iPhone 11 and Galaxy S8.
- On mobile go to Special:Notifications page
- Filter for Unread
- Click on the cog menu - when Unread messages are present, the drop-down menu items are not fully displayed. When no Unread messages are present, the "Preferences" label is completely hidden; it won't be displayed even the landscape view.
