Feature summary :
I want to :

1. Create new wikidata items (and wikidata lexicographical items) on mobile by using my mobile browser.
2. Modify wikidata item's property and value by using my mobile browser

Steps to reproduce :
[Use case 1]
On desktop, i usually click the link "create new wikidata item" on the sidebar. On mobile web, i cant find it on the side bar. I dont know how to create new item on mobile

[Use case 2]
On desktop, for each property-value pair, there is "edit" and "add" button. On mobile web, i cant find it. I dont know how to edit and add property-value pair on mobile
