When we deploy the new logged in experience we should give users some obvious way of giving us feedback on the new design. This should take the form of a message box above the My Library UI, saying the following:
We're in the process of redesigning the library - further changes will be made over the coming weeks! We would love to hear your thoughts and feedback on our project page.
The message shouldn't be dismissible, but we'll remove it in a month or two before deploying the notification.
