I will address here your question on "Which pages exactly have the footer?"

My answer on the topic would be: currently all of the single-page applications built by the WD team that would follow the current designed layout, meaning:

• Query Builder.
• Item Quality Evaluator (does not have one currently, but it should).
• Mismatch Finder Website (we purposely decided not to have it in the Mismatch Store but rather in the Mismatch Website only).

Some remaining UX questions for @Mattia_Capozzi_WMDE:

• is the breakpoint at which the footer reflows from/to the mobile view the same as the one use in the header? ($width-breakpoint-tablet)
• link URLs for the first and second column are still missing
