Steps to reproduce
- Prepare a new page for translation (i.e. one that’s not yet translatable).
- Click Mark this page for translation at the top of the page
Actual result
- Allow translation of page title is unchecked by default.
Expected result
- Allow translation of page title is checked by default.
Other information
This is a regression, I think it started with 1.37.0-wmf.16 or 1.37.0-wmf.15. I may be wrong and it could have started a few weeks earlier, but it’s certainly a fairly new change.
