updateMenteeData should say how long it took to generate the data

Description

I (@Urbanecm_WMF) am interested in how performant updateMenteeData.php is on our pilot wikis. Right now, this information is not available in the job logs.

Let's measure how long it took to generate the data about mentees and print it in the logs.

FTR, works in prod as well (tested with testwiki).
