Currently puppet configuration for Cassandra is written with the assumption that we will be deploying a single application to it. Investigate how tight this coupling is, remove any 1:1 relation between applications and cluster, and add configuration options that allow us to make hieradata changes to add new applications to clusters easily and consistently.
