Please add the Archive namespace to the robots setup to block indexing of that namespace by search engines.
Specifically, I think the $wgNamespaceRobotPolicies setting for foundationwiki needs to be set to:
112 => 'noindex,follow', // archives 113 => 'noindex,follow', // archives talk
