[QB] Enable post-merge build job for query builder

Description

Currently, the build job has to be triggered manually from this form.
It can be a simple post-merge job of query builder repo.
The only problem is that we need someone to check and merge i18n patches, otherwise they just pile up.

Acceptance Criteria: 🏕️🌟(September 2021)

  • Post merge build job for the query builder
