- Wait for the Doxygen docs to change and be regenerated

Your link now points to something entirely different.
What should have happened instead?:
The link should point to the same content. Anchors should always point to the same section of a document.
Since this is a limitation in Doxygen (shame on Doxygen), @Addshore suggested the devs could write a script to make all prospective anchors real stable ones.
