Display link to (or integrate) Query Builder from query.wikidata.org in a prominent place

Description

Most people do not know what SPARQL is, and the interface of query.wikidata.org is very obscure for them. It is still not easy to find Query Builder if we place the link to a menu (e.g. "More tools") or as a button of the sidebar.

Possible ideas:

  1. Show a primary message box covering the whole screen (like the "Welcome to MediaWiki" shown in https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Project:Sandbox&action=edit in a private window) when opening https://query.wikidata.org/
  2. Move the current https://query.wikidata.org/ page to another location such as https://query.wikidata.org/sparql.html and redesign a portal page at https://query.wikidata.org/
  3. Introduce two tabs in https://query.wikidata.org/, one (default) for Query Builder (which should be the default) and another for SPARQL

Note: current links to prefilled queries such as https://query.wikidata.org/#abc should be preserved
