The bot was down due to a database outage that has been resolved as of a few hours ago.

@Harej, Hi, I know it's an old ticket, I'm writing here because there's no point in opening a new one.

Now only the page https://iabot.toolforge.org/index.php?page=wikiconfig leads to HTTP ERROR 500.
