I run myself into this, and I also observed other users running in the following problem. Imagine you would like to edit the label of an entity like this in Spanish:

The only way (I know) to do this is, is to change the whole page language display information. Many users do not know this and are stuck. I would propose to change the UI to allow to add a label in any language. Similarly on how it is done for monolingual text properties.
