DNS entries for WikiLearn dev servers

Description

Dear SRE colleagues,

We've recently purchased the domain learn.wiki (via Legal). We'd like you to add the following DNS entries (leading to AWS servers we are temporarily hosting this external, open-source service on; we hope in future to bring it in, to either the Wikimedia Cloud [currently missing features we need] or to production servers, but our project timeline does not allow to explore this at the moment).

dev.learn.wiki -- 52.44.207.59
studio.dev.learn.wiki -- 52.44.207.59
preview.dev.learn.wiki -- 52.44.207.59

(yes, all three to be mapped to the same IP.)

A separate subsequent request will be made for additional DNS entries for the non-dev AWS servers we'll be setting up in the near future.

Adding @Brandon @Vgutierrez as sometimes notifications on newly created tickets are a bit unreliable.

I am on clinic duty this week, so trivial patches is something I am happy to help with, but given the (sometimes non-trivial) security considerations that new domains may require, I would prefer a first evaluation by one of our SRE traffic experts.
